Accepted Methods of Payment.   We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping.  Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Usually next Business day).  Special shipping rates for the Lower 48 States consist of a Flat rate of $5.95 for the first item and just $1.95 for each additional item purchased.  For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please send us your email, address, and desired purchase and we will advise you of the costs.

Shipping Time.   The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods.   Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service.

Damaged Shipments.   Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Return Merchandise Policy.   If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees).  We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in its original package.  We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.  Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit.  After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s).  We do not accept COD returns of any kind.  Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.  Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $50.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
